Version dated February 12, 2026

Definitions and Scope

This platform is operated by Loop System (hereinafter “Flylooping”), a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €68,000.00, registered with the Orléans Trade and Companies Register under number 835 036 914, with its registered office located at 19 Grand Rue – 45390 Echilleuses, France.

Flylooping offers on flylooping.com and its iOS/Android Applications a combination of airline tickets as well as a personalized service tailored to the specific interests and needs of the “Client.”

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are effective as of February 12, 2026 and apply to bookings made when these terms were available, remaining in force until they are modified or updated.

The definition below has the same meaning whether used in the singular or plural:

“Loop” refers to a combination of airline tickets allowing travel to multiple destinations in Europe. The number of stops may be determined by the Client according to their choices and travel duration.

The purchase of a “Loop” or any other product (one-way flights, round trips) is strictly reserved for Clients who have read these General Terms in full and accepted them by checking the acceptance box provided during their booking on flylooping.com or on the iOS and Android applications.

Without such acceptance, the booking process cannot be completed.

Consequently, completion of the booking process on flylooping.com constitutes the Client’s express acceptance of these General Terms. The contract between the Client and Flylooping enters into force upon acceptance of Flylooping’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The Client must ensure that they have received their travel information by email following payment.

If not received, the Client must notify Flylooping as soon as possible by email at helpme@flylooping.com.

Flylooping’s liability as a travel agency is subject to the regime defined under Article L.211-17-3 of the French Tourism Code and cannot replace that of the airline responsible for passenger and baggage transport.

Furthermore, Flylooping cannot be held responsible for the proper performance of additional travel services booked with other providers (e.g., accommodation). The Client must contact the relevant service provider directly.

Use of the Website

The Client making a booking must be of legal age (at least 18 years old) and have the legal capacity to purchase services offered on flylooping.com and to understand these General Terms in full.

Bookings for minors must be made by their legal guardian or by any adult holding proper authorization.

All actions performed on flylooping.com engage the Client’s responsibility. The Client guarantees the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided.

Offer Operation

Flylooping offers multi-segment travel (LOOPs) composed of several one-way flights, as well as round trips and single flights.

Through its partners and suppliers, Flylooping enables booking of all tickets for the same trip referred to as a “Loop” or other travel.

Clients may add additional baggage directly with airlines, which may generate extra costs.

Accommodation is not included in the Flylooping offer.

Baggage

Each airline applies its own baggage policy regarding cabin baggage, carry-on baggage, or checked baggage, including number, size, and weight, as specified on the airline’s website.

During travel, the Client is solely responsible for their cabin baggage.

In case of excess baggage (number or weight), the Client must pay applicable fees directly to the airline at the airport counter.

In case of lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged baggage, the Client must immediately file a report at the airport and then submit it within 7 calendar days to the airline with supporting documentation.

Prohibited Items During Flights

There is generally a list of prohibited items onboard (cabin or hold) available on airline websites or on official DGAC publications. These rules apply across Europe.

Some airlines may apply stricter rules. Clients must verify before departure.

Unaccompanied Minors

Children under 14 traveling alone will only be accepted according to airline conditions, generally requiring identification documents and signed parental authorization forms.

Insurance

Insurance is optional but strongly recommended.

Coverage begins on the booking date and ends upon baggage delivery at the end of the trip.

Cancellation Insurance

Cancellation insurance is offered to all passengers. Pricing is indicated next to the subscription button.
