Flylooping Terms and Conditions of Sale
Version dated June 13, 2025
1. Definitions and Scope of Application
This platform is operated by Loop System (hereinafter “Flylooping”), a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €68,000, registered with the Orléans Trade and Companies Register under No. 835 036 914, headquartered at 19 Grand Rue – 45390 Échilleuses, France.
Flylooping offers on flylooping.com and its iOS/Android apps a combination of airline tickets and personalized service meeting the specific interests and needs of the “Client”.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are effective from February 26, 2025, and apply to bookings made while in force, remaining applicable until amended or updated.
The term below, whether used in the singular or plural, has the same meaning:
“Loop” means a combination of airline tickets enabling visits to multiple destinations within Europe. The Client may determine the number of legs based on choices and trip duration.
Purchasing a “Loop” or any other product (one-way or round-trip flights) is strictly reserved for Clients who have read these Terms in full and accepted them by ticking the acceptance box during booking on flylooping.com or via the iOS/Android apps. Without acceptance, the booking cannot proceed.
Consequently, completing the booking process on flylooping.com constitutes express acceptance by the Client of these Terms. The contract between the Client and Flylooping takes effect upon acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The Client must ensure receipt by email of travel details following payment. If not received, they must promptly notify Flylooping via email at helpme@flylooping.com.
Flylooping’s liability as a travel agency is subject to the regime defined in Article L.211‑17‑3 of the French Tourism Code and does not substitute for that of the air carrier providing passenger and baggage transport or transfer.
Flylooping cannot be held responsible for the proper execution of additional travel services reserved through other providers (e.g., accommodation). It is the Client’s responsibility to contact the relevant service provider.
2. Use of the Website
The Client booking on the site must be of legal age (at least 18) and have the legal capacity to purchase services offered by flylooping.com and to fully understand these Terms.
Bookings for minors must be made by their legal representative or any adult holding a power of attorney for that purpose.
All actions taken on flylooping.com engage the Client’s responsibility. The Client also guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of information provided.
3. Offer Mechanics
Flylooping offers users multi-leg journeys (Loop), comprising multiple one-way flights, as well as round-trip or single flights.
Through its partners and suppliers, Flylooping enables booking of all tickets for a journey called a “Loop” or other.
The Client may purchase additional baggage directly through airlines; this generates an additional cost.
Accommodation is not included in the Flylooping offer.
4. Baggage
Each airline implements its own baggage policy (hand, cabin, checked), with weights and dimensions detailed on the airline’s website.
During the journey, the Client is solely responsible for cabin baggage.
In case of excess baggage (number or weight), the Client must pay the applicable fees directly at the airline’s airport counter.
In the event of loss, theft, delayed delivery, or damage to baggage, the Client must immediately file a statement (loss, theft, delay, damage) at the airport and, within 7 calendar days, submit it to the airline with all supporting documents (content list, photos, value declaration).
5. Prohibited Items on Flights
Generally, airlines publish a list of prohibited items (in cabin or hold) on their websites or via the French DGAC official site. These rules apply across Europe. Some airlines may have stricter rules, so Clients should check prior to departure.
6. Unaccompanied Minors
Children under 14 traveling alone will be accepted only in accordance with the airline’s conditions, which typically require identity documents for both the minor and the signing parent, as well as a signed parental form.
7. Insurance
Subscription to insurance is optional but strongly recommended. Coverage begins at booking and ends when baggage is handed in upon return.

8. Ancillary Services

9. Price Breakdown
Displayed price includes airfare, air taxes, airport fees, any baggage, insurance, and Flylooping’s non-refundable service fees for its transparent intermediary role.
Infants under 2 years old do not have a seat unless parents request and pay for one. This applies provided the child remains under 2 for the entire trip (outward and return). Airlines consider children who turn 2 by return to require a child fare round-trip ticket. Similarly, an adult fare may be charged if a child is under 12 at departure but over 12 at return.
10. Referral Offers
Referral discounts apply as deductions from the total amount payable by the Client.
Valid for one year from the booking date of the referred client.
If unused within this period, a reminder is sent to the referrer before expiry.
11. Gift Vouchers
Expressed in euros, non-transferable and non-modifiable. Validity varies but cannot exceed one year.
Applied to total trip cost after referral discount, and can be combined if multiple vouchers are used.
12. Promotional Codes
Promotional codes are percentage-based discounts on ticket price (excluding baggage and insurance).
• Cannot be combined with vouchers or other promotions.
• Each code is subject to specific terms and conditions.
13. Payment
Displayed prices may change due to airline fare volatility. Flylooping is not responsible for any changes.
The final price is confirmed upon actual payment. Price discrepancies (higher or lower) between display and payment stages may occur.
Booking is final only upon full payment by the Client for Flylooping services and tickets.
Prices displayed at payment are binding and form the contractual agreement between the Client and Flylooping.
Full payment is required; if payment is incomplete or rejected for any reason, the booking is canceled. Flylooping is not responsible for price increases resulting from non-payment.
The Client must pay any increase before ticket issuance.
14. Service Fees
As a transparent intermediary, Flylooping includes service fees in its prices:
• Round-trip or one-way flights: 15% fee on ticket price
• Multi-destination “Loops”: 25% fee on ticket price
