To be considered "Baby", the child must be under two years old at the time of the flight. However, some airlines may deny access to newborns. We invite you to check this point on the companies' website.
It must be provided with a piece of identity (CNI or Passport). The family booklet will not be accepted at boarding instead of the identity document.
You have two options for travelling with your baby:
Either it travels on your lap and it will usually cost you 10% of the price of an adult ticket (free on some airlines)
Either you decide to assign him a seat and you will pay the price of a child (between 2 and 12 years). Fares for children vary depending on the airline and destination of the trip, but usually cost 80% of an adult’s ticket.
Generally, prams, folding carrycots and strollers are accepted at no extra cost. However, there are dimensions and weights:
For a stroller cane, the dimensions should not exceed 15 x 30 x 100 cm.
For other folding strollers, it must not exceed 55 x 35 x 25 cm. The stroller must weigh less than 5 kg.
Our current payment system allows payment with an extended number of cards: Blue Card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal.
There may be several causes of failure:
Exceeding the authorized limit
Insufficient balance on your account
The card is no longer valid
An error entering card information (numbers, CSV, or your name).
In the first 3 cases, we invite you to contact your bank that is the source of the refusal.
Another case: 3D Secure aims to authenticate your identity and secure your payment.
It has been set up to combat fraud and consists of confirming your purchase by a code received by SMS or other.
3D/S sometimes leads to display errors (loss of network or loads).
Finally, in some cases the Bank may refuse your payment if it suspects fraud.
You will only have to contact her to accept this payment and restart the online payment.

Your airline tickets

Once your reservation is made, you have your ticket on our site, with a PNR (reservation number), proof of your flight reservation and your payment.
48 hours before your departure (typically 24 hours before, and even less for some companies), you will be informed by email of the opening of the check-in on the airline’s website.
Remember that this recording must be done on each flight leg of your loop.
To access it, depending on the company, you will be asked your PNR, your name and email, and sometimes your departure and return dates.
Note: During online check-in, you can still change some of your flight data (luggage, seat reservation, etc.)
You can of course get your boarding pass which you can download to your mobile phone or print.
This document will be requested to board the plane.
Tip: Take note of your Booking Number (PNR) and check in with your mailbox to check in online (the airline may also inform you of a flight change such as a delay).
Boarding passes are available on airline websites a few weeks (or even days) before departure. So you need to register to get them.
Please note that if you arrive at boarding without this card, you may be charged a fee by the airline.
Please note that you need as many boarding passes as flights in your journey.
You can contact us if needed at helpme@flylooping.com
It is more carefull to add extra baggage rather than having to pay an extra weight not expected which can cost you a lot of money at the check-in counter.
To add or change your additional baggage, please visit the relevant airline’s website with your booking information.

Once your godson has created his account with your code or link, he can benefit from a 10€ discount on his first purchase. When your godson has purchased, you will receive a credit of 10 €. Credits are cumulative for the sponsor.
What happens if my sponsored friend cancels his trip?
In the event that your friend cancels his trip, it will not impact your credit of 10 € which will still be available, but your friend will no longer have access to his offer which is valid only once.
You can change the number and weight of your luggage by accessing the airline websites corresponding to your trip.
Please note that these changes do not affect your reservation numbers (PNR).
However, if you decide to do so at the check-in desk, the airlines may charge you higher fares.
Cabin baggage, personal item, "small carry-on", checked baggage: what are the differences?
It is sometimes difficult to navigate among the different categories of luggage that you can or cannot take with you. Let’s try to clarify that.
The included small hand luggage
This item is included on all flights. It must be able to be placed under the seat. Its dimensions are quite small and vary depending on the airline.
In general, the maximum dimensions of a small piece of hand luggage are 40 x 30 x 20 cm. However, we recommend that you inquire directly with the relevant airline.
reminder: There are standard luggage models in which it is possible to put clothes for a few days and which respect the dimensions 40 x 30 x 20 cm. These luggage are light, reusable and have several compartments to organize your belongings.
Cabin baggage
Carry-on baggage is rarely included in standard tickets and you usually have to pay extra to add it, especially at low-cost airlines (Ryanair, EasyJet, Volotea, Vueling, etc.). This is usually a standard wheeled baggage that can be carried on board the aircraft and is placed above the seat in the storage compartments.
Most airlines impose a weight limit of 10 kg, although this can vary from 8 to 12 kg. Some, like EasyJet, do not impose a weight limit, only the dimensions must be respected.
What to remember: Ideal for a one-week trip, this carry-on is placed in the compartments above your seat on the plane. It protects you from any luggage waiting after landing.
Checked baggage
Checked baggage may be included with some airlines or on long-haul flights. However, most of the time it is necessary to pay an extra fee to check in checked baggage. This baggage is bookable during the purchase of tickets, but also subsequently on the airline’s website. It must be deposited at the company counter before the flight.
The weight of checked baggage at regular airlines is usually 20 kg, 23 kg or sometimes 25 kg. Low-cost airlines also offer the possibility of adding checked baggage of 10 kg or 15 kg.
reminder: Checked baggage is ideal for longer trips or when you need to carry bulky or heavy items. Remember to check with your airline for additional fees and weight restrictions. In addition, allow some extra time at the airport for check-in and retrieval of your checked baggage.
