General Terms and Conditions of Sale of Flylooping

Version dated April 3, 2025

Definitions and Scope of Application

This platform is operated by Loop System (hereinafter “Flylooping”), a Simplified Joint-Stock Company with a capital of €68,000, registered with the Orléans Trade and Companies Register under number 835 036 914, with its registered office located at 19 Grand Rue, 45390 Echilleuses, France.

Flylooping offers, on flylooping.com and its iOS/Android applications, a combination of flight tickets and a personalized service tailored to the specific interests and needs of the “Client.”

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) are effective as of February 26, 2025, and apply to bookings made while these terms were available, remaining in effect until they are amended or updated.

The following definition has the same meaning whether used in the singular or plural:

“Loop” refers to a combination of flight tickets enabling visits to multiple destinations in Europe. The number of stops may be determined by the Client based on their preferences and the duration of their trip.

The purchase of a “Loop” or any other product (single flights, round trips) is exclusively reserved for Clients who have read the General Terms and Conditions in their entirety and accepted them by checking the designated acceptance box during their booking on flylooping.com or the iOS and Android applications.

Without this acceptance, the booking process cannot be completed.

Consequently, completing the booking process on flylooping.com constitutes the Client’s express acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The contract between the Client and Flylooping takes effect upon the Client’s acceptance of Flylooping’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The Client is responsible for ensuring they receive travel information by email following their payment. In the absence of such confirmation, the Client must promptly notify Flylooping by email at helpme@flylooping.com.

As a travel agency, Flylooping’s liability is governed by Article L.211-17-3 of the French Tourism Code and cannot substitute for that of the airline responsible for transporting passengers or their luggage.

Furthermore, Flylooping cannot be held liable for the proper performance of additional travel services booked with other providers (e.g., accommodation). It is the Client’s responsibility to contact the relevant service provider.

Use of the Website

The Client booking on the website must be of legal age (at least 18 years old) and have the legal capacity to acquire the services offered by flylooping.com, as well as the ability to fully understand these General Terms and Conditions.

Bookings for minors must be made by their legal representative or an adult duly authorized for this purpose.

All actions performed on the flylooping.com website are the Client’s responsibility. The Client also guarantees the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided about themselves on the website.

Offer Details

Flylooping offers users multi-leg trips (“Loops”) consisting of multiple single flights, as well as round-trip or single-flight options.

Through its partners and suppliers, Flylooping enables the booking of all tickets for a single trip, referred to as a “Loop” or otherwise.

Clients may add extra luggage directly with the airlines, incurring additional costs.

Accommodation is not included in Flylooping’s offer.

Luggage

Each airline applies its own luggage policy regarding carry-on, cabin, or checked luggage, with details on quantity, dimensions, and weight specified on the airline’s website.

During the trip, the Client is solely responsible for their cabin luggage.

In case of excess luggage (in terms of number or weight), the Client must pay the related fees directly to the relevant airline at the airport counter.

In the event of loss, theft, delayed delivery, or damage to luggage, the Client must immediately file a declaration (for loss, theft, delay, or damage) at the airport and, within 7 calendar days, submit it to the airline along with all supporting documents (contents, photos, declaration of item values).

Prohibited Items During Flights

Generally, a list of items prohibited during flights (in the cabin or hold) is available on the airline’s website or the official French Administration website issued by the DGAC. These rules apply throughout Europe.

However, some airlines may enforce stricter regulations. It is therefore necessary to check these rules before departure.

Unaccompanied Minors

Children under 14 years old traveling unaccompanied will only be accepted on flights in accordance with the airline’s conditions, which typically include the minor’s and parent’s identification documents and a form signed by one of the legal parents.

Insurance

Subscribing to insurance is optional but highly recommended. Insurance takes effect on the booking date and ends upon luggage collection at the return.

Medical Insurance

Medical insurance is offered free of charge to all passengers who opt for it.

Contact in case of need:

TOKIO MARINE HCC / MUTUAIDE ASSISTANCE (available 24/7)

⚠️ Important: It is imperative to contact the assistance service before any medical consultation or hospitalization. Only a phone call from the beneficiary at the time of the event enables the provision of assistance services.

Cancellation Insurance

Cancellation insurance is offered to all passengers. The cost per passenger is indicated next to the subscription button.

The price of this insurance corresponds to a percentage of the total ticket price (including luggage). This percentage varies based on the total trip cost, the number of travelers, and the furthest destination.

Management of subscriptions and claims:

ASSUR TRAVEL (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM)

Additional Information

For both insurance types, an Insurance Product Information Document (IPID) details the covered services and the exclusion clauses for Assistance and Cancellation guarantees. We strongly recommend reviewing this document before departure.

Additional Services

Clients wishing to benefit from additional services such as VIP lounge access, seat selection, special meals, or special assistance must book these directly on the relevant airline’s website.

Price Details

The displayed price includes the flight ticket, air taxes, airport fees, any luggage costs, insurance, and Flylooping’s service fees as a transparent intermediary. These service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Children under 2 years old do not have a seat on the plane unless the parents request and pay for a full seat specifically for them. This rule applies only if the child is under 2 years old for the entire trip, at both departure and return dates. Airlines require a child over 2 years old at the return date to book a round-trip ticket at the child fare.

Similarly, an adult fare may be charged for a child under 12 years old at departure but over 12 years old at return.

Referral Offers

Referral offers are deducted from the total price payable by the Client. The validity of the referral offer is one year from the referred person’s booking. If the benefit is not used within this period, a reminder message is sent to the referrer indicating the expiration date.

Vouchers

Vouchers are expressed in euros, non-transferable, and non-modifiable. Their validity period varies but cannot exceed one year. They apply to the total trip amount after any referral code deduction and are cumulative.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes are expressed as a percentage of the flight ticket price (excluding luggage and insurance).

Payment

Displayed prices are subject to change due to the volatility of airline fares. Flylooping cannot be held responsible for any price changes.

The price is considered final only upon effective payment for the trip. A price difference may occur between the displayed price and the final payment (either higher or lower).

The booking is considered final only upon full payment by the user of Flylooping’s services and the tickets.

The prices indicated at the time of payment are not subject to dispute and constitute a contractual agreement between the Client and Flylooping.

If the payment is incomplete or rejected for any reason, the booking will be canceled. Flylooping is not responsible for any price increases resulting from payment failure. The Client must settle any price increase to enable ticket issuance.

Service Fees

As a transparent intermediary, Flylooping includes service fees in the displayed prices, covering the search for the best fares and flight bookings. These fees are calculated as follows:

For visa information, Clients are advised to contact the embassies of the countries they plan to visit. Obtaining a visa may take time, so sufficient planning is recommended. Visa requirements may change.

Some countries require passports to be valid for more than 6 months after the entry date. If the Client’s passport is in its final year of validity, they should verify the destination country’s requirements before finalizing travel plans. The name on the passport must match the name provided on Flylooping’s website, or the Client may be unable to travel. Additionally, all children, regardless of age, must have identification documents in their name.

The Client is responsible for completing and covering the costs of police, customs, and health formalities required for their trip, such as passports, national identity cards, residence permits, parental authorizations, visas, medical certificates, or vaccination records.

Certain local authorities may impose additional taxes (e.g., tourist tax, resort tax) payable on-site. These taxes, where applicable, are the Client’s responsibility.

Clients are invited to consult travel bans, alerts, announcements, and advice issued by relevant governments before booking international travel.

The Client must present themselves at the airline’s check-in counter with valid travel documents (passport, visa, identity card, etc.) and their boarding pass obtained online.

Flylooping disclaims all liability in case of refusal of boarding or entry into a country due to the Client’s inability to present the required passport, visa, or other travel documents mandated by any airline, authority, or country. This includes all stops made by the aircraft, even if the Client does not leave the aircraft or airport.
