General Terms and Conditions of Sale for Flylooping
Version 2.0 dated October 17, 2024
Definitions and Scope of Application
This platform is managed by Loop System (hereinafter "Flylooping"), a Simplified Joint-Stock Company with a capital of €68,000, registered in the Orleans Trade Register under number 835 036 914, with its registered office located at 19 Grand Rue – 45390 Echilleuses, France.
Flylooping offers a combination of airline tickets and personalized services on flylooping.com and its iOS/Android applications that meet the specific interests and needs of the "Client."
These general terms and conditions of sale are effective as of October 17, 2024, and apply to bookings made when these terms were available, remaining in force until they are amended or updated.
The definition below has the same meaning whether used in the singular or plural:
"Loop" refers to the combination of airline tickets allowing visits to multiple destinations in Europe. The number of legs can be determined by the Client based on their choices and the duration of their trip.
The purchase of a "Loop" or any other product (one-way flights, round trips) is exclusively reserved for Clients who have read the General Terms and Conditions in full and accepted them by checking the acceptance box during their booking on flylooping.com or the iOS and Android applications.
Without this acceptance, the continuation of the booking process cannot be completed.
Consequently, the finalization of the booking process on flylooping.com constitutes the Client's express acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The contract between the Client and Flylooping will enter into force upon acceptance of the Flylooping General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The Client must ensure they receive travel information via email following their payment.
If not, they are requested to inform Flylooping as soon as possible by email at helpme@flylooping.com.
Flylooping's liability as a travel agency is subject to the provisions defined in Article L.211-17-3 of the Tourism Code and cannot replace that of the airline responsible for transporting or transferring passengers and luggage.
Furthermore, Flylooping cannot be held responsible for the proper execution of additional travel services booked with other providers (e.g., accommodation). It is the Client's responsibility to contact the relevant service provider.
Use of the Site
The Client reserving on the site must be of legal age (at least 18 years old) and have the legal capacity to acquire the services offered by flylooping.com, as well as the ability to understand the General Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
Reservations for minors must be made by the legal representative or by any adult duly authorized for this purpose.
All actions taken on the flylooping.com website engage the responsibility of the Client. They also guarantee the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided about themselves on the site.
Operation of the Offer
Flylooping offers users multi-leg trips (LOOPs) composed of several one-way flights, as well as round trips or one-way flights.
Through its partners and suppliers, Flylooping enables the booking of all tickets for a single trip referred to as a "Loop" or otherwise.
The Client can add extra baggage directly with the airlines, which may incur additional costs.
Accommodation is not included in the Flylooping offer.
Baggage
Each airline implements its own baggage policy: hand baggage, cabin baggage, or checked baggage, with the number, dimensions, and weight specified on the airline's website.
During the trip, the Client is solely responsible for their cabin baggage.
In the event of excess baggage (number or weight), the Client must pay the relevant fees directly to the corresponding airline (at the airport counter).
In case of loss, theft, delivery delay, or damage to baggage, the Client must immediately report this through a declaration (loss, theft, delay, damage) at the airport; then, within 7 calendar days, submit it to the airline with all supporting documents (contents, photos, declaration of value of items).
Prohibited Items During Flights
In general, there is a list of prohibited items during flights (in cabin or checked baggage) available on the airline's website or on the official site of the French Administration issued by the DGAC. These rules apply throughout Europe.
However, some airlines may enforce stricter rules. It is therefore necessary to inquire before departure.
Unaccompanied Minors
Children under 14 years old traveling alone will only be accepted on flights in accordance with the airline's conditions, which often include: identification for the minor and the signing parent, as well as a signed form by one of the custodial parents.
Additional Services
Clients wishing to benefit from certain additional services such as VIP lounge access, seat selection, special meals, special assistance, etc., must book these services on the relevant airline's website.
Price Details
The displayed price consists of the ticket price, air taxes, airport charges, potential baggage fees, and Flylooping's service fees for its role as a transparent intermediary. These service fees are non-refundable.
Children under 2 years of age do not have a seat on the plane unless parents request to pay for a full seat specifically for them. This rule applies only if the children are under 2 years old throughout the entire trip, on both the departure and return dates. Indeed, airlines consider that for children exceeding the age of 2 at the date of return, a round-trip child fare ticket must be reserved.
Similarly, the adult fare may be charged for a child who is under twelve at departure but over twelve at return.
Referral Offers
Referral offers are deducted from the total price to be paid by the Client.
The validity period of the referral is one year from the reservation of the referred person.
In the event of non-utilization of this benefit within the specified time, a reminder message will be sent in advance to the referrer indicating the deadline for use.
Payment
It is important to note that the displayed prices are subject to changes due to the volatility of fares from various airlines. Flylooping cannot be held responsible for any modifications.
The price will be considered final only at the time of actual payment for the trip.
Therefore, there may be a price difference between these two stages (either an increase or a decrease).
The reservation will only be considered final upon complete payment by the Flylooping service user and for the tickets.
The prices indicated at the time of payment are not subject to any dispute. They constitute a contractual agreement between the Client and Flylooping.
Payment is required in full; if it is incomplete or the payment request is declined for any reason, the reservation will be canceled. Flylooping will not be responsible for any price increases resulting from a payment default.
This price increase must be settled by the Client to allow the issuance of the airline ticket.
Service Fees
In its role as a transparent intermediary, Flylooping displays prices that include service fees related to finding the best fares and booking flights.
These service fees are calculated as follows:
• For round-trip or one-way flights: 15% on the price of tickets
• For multi-destination trips (LOOP): 25% on the price of tickets.
Payment Methods
Flylooping.com accepts most bank cards: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express through its payment service providers.
Flylooping does not collect the Client's financial data; this is handled exclusively by our payment service providers, which are subject to strict security regulations.
Payment by bank transfer or check is not permitted.
Furthermore, multi-card payment (i.e., part of the amount on each card) is not accepted.
Check-in and Boarding Pass
The Client must check in directly with each airline to obtain their boarding passes for each leg. Flylooping advises checking in as early as possible.
Confirmation, Cancellation of a Booking
The confirmation of the booking, which includes the essential elements such as the identification of the reserved service and the price, will be sent to the Client by email following payment within a maximum of 1 working day after the reservation payment.
The Client must state their identity as indicated in their official identity documents. Additionally, it is essential that the Client provides their correct email address and checks their "spam" folder to receive their booking.
In case of changes to this information, please inform Flylooping immediately at: helpme@flylooping.com
Flylooping cannot be held responsible for booking errors attributable to the Client or caused by exceptional and unavoidable circumstances.
Flylooping reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the full payment for the reservation is not made.
In the event of cancellation or modification due to one or more airlines of one or more flights included in a "Loop" or trip, Flylooping cannot be held responsible. Thus, the Client must contact the relevant airline(s) for any refund or claim procedures.
The Client can cancel their reservations. In this case, they must directly contact the concerned airlines and follow the cancellation process specific to each airline. Cancellation fees may apply according to each Airline's cancellation policies.
The service fees charged by Flylooping, regardless of the reason, are not refundable to the Client.
Inapplicability of the Right of Withdrawal
The Client is informed that, in accordance with the Consumer Code, the services offered by Flylooping are not subject to the right of withdrawal provided for in Articles L121-21 and following of the Consumer Code regarding distance selling.
Consequently, the services reserved on the site are exclusively subject to the cancellation and modification conditions set out in the specific conditions of the relevant airlines. We invite the Client to verify the specific conditions on the respective airlines' websites.
Formalities
International Travel: The Client is required to ensure that they meet the entry requirements for the countries covered by the purchased "Loop" or any other trip, and that their official documents such as passport and visas are in order.
For any information regarding visas, Clients are advised to contact the embassies of the countries they plan to visit. We remind you that obtaining a visa can take some time, so it is advisable to allow sufficient time for this. Visa requirements may change.

The Client must present themselves at the check-in counter of the relevant airline, carrying valid travel documents (passport, visa, identity card, etc.) and their boarding pass obtained online.
Flylooping disclaims any responsibility in the event of notification of refusal to board an aircraft or enter a country due to the Client's inability to present the appropriate passport, visa, or any other required travel document by any airline, authority, or country. This includes all stops made by the plane, even if it does not leave the plane or the airport.
