Version of February 26, 2025
Definitions and Scope of Application
This platform is managed by Loop System (hereinafter "Flylooping"), a Simplified Joint Stock Company with a capital of €68,000.00, registered in the Orléans Trade Register under number 835 036 914, with its headquarters located at 19 Grand Rue – 45390 Echilleuses, France.
Flylooping offers on flylooping.com and its iOS/Android Applications a combination of flight tickets as well as a personalized service tailored to the interests and needs of the "Client."
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are valid from February 26, 2025, and apply to bookings made while these conditions were available, remaining in force until modified or updated.
The following definition has the same meaning whether used in singular or plural:
- "Loop" refers to the combination of flight tickets allowing travel to multiple destinations in Europe. The number of stops may be determined by the Client based on their choices and the duration of their trip.
The purchase of a "Loop" or any other product (one-way flights, round-trip flights) is strictly reserved for Clients who have read these General Terms and Conditions in full and have accepted them by checking the acceptance box during their booking on flylooping.com or on the iOS and Android applications.
Without this acceptance, the booking process cannot proceed.
Consequently, finalizing the booking process on flylooping.com constitutes the Client's express acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The contract between the Client and Flylooping will take effect upon the Client's acceptance of the Flylooping General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The Client must ensure that they have received their travel information via email following payment.
If not, they must promptly notify Flylooping by email at helpme@flylooping.com.
Flylooping’s responsibility as a travel agency is subject to the regulations defined in Article L.211-17-3 of the French Tourism Code and cannot substitute for the airline carrier responsible for the transport or transfer of passengers and baggage.
Furthermore, Flylooping cannot be held liable for the proper execution of additional travel services booked with other providers (e.g., accommodation). It is the Client's responsibility to contact the relevant service provider.
Use of the Site
The Client booking on the site must be of legal age (at least 18 years old) and have the legal capacity to acquire the services offered by flylooping.com as well as the ability to fully understand the General Terms and Conditions.
Bookings for minors must be made by a legal representative or any adult authorized to do so.
All actions performed on flylooping.com are the Client's responsibility. The Client also guarantees the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided on the site.
Offer Functionality
Flylooping offers users multi-destination trips (LOOPs) consisting of several one-way flights, as well as round-trip or single flights.
Through its partners and suppliers, Flylooping enables the booking of all tickets for a single trip called a "Loop" or other travel option.
Clients can add extra baggage directly with airlines, which may incur additional costs.
Accommodation is not included in the Flylooping offer.
Baggage
Each airline applies its own baggage policy: carry-on, cabin, or checked luggage, with specific limits on quantity, dimensions, and weight detailed on the airline’s website.
During travel, the Client is solely responsible for their cabin baggage.
If baggage exceeds the allowed limits (quantity or weight), the Client must pay additional fees directly to the respective airline at the airport counter.
In case of loss, theft, delayed delivery, or damage to baggage, the Client must immediately file a report at the airport and, within 7 calendar days, submit it to the airline with all necessary supporting documents (contents, photos, declaration of object values).
Prohibited Items During Flights
A list of prohibited items on flights (in cabin or checked baggage) is available on the airline’s website or on the French Civil Aviation Authority (DGAC) official website. These regulations apply throughout Europe.
Some airlines may enforce stricter rules, so it is necessary to check before departure.
Unaccompanied Minors
Children under 14 traveling alone will only be accepted under the airline's conditions, which typically include a valid ID for the minor and the signing parent, as well as a signed authorization form.
