Article 1 - Definitions and Scopes

This platform is managed by Loop System (hereinafter "Fly Looping"), Simplified Joint Stock Company registered in the Commercial Register number 835 036 914 and whose head office is located at 19 Grand Street - 45390 Echilleuses, France.

Flylooping offers on flylooping.com a combination airline tickets and a personalized service that meets the interests and specific needs of the user.

These general conditions of sale are valid from 1 July 2019 and refer to bookings made at the end of July when those conditions were available, then remaining in force until modified or updated.

The definition below has an identical meaning whether it is used in singular or plural:

"Loop" refers to the combination of air tickets to visit multiple destinations in Europe. The number of steps is determined by the user in his choice and according to the duration of his trip.

The purchase of "Loop" is exclusively reserved for users who have have previously read the General Conditions in their and accepted by checking the box of acceptance for this purpose during their booking on flylooping.com. Without this acceptance, the continuation of the booking process can not succeed.

Flylooping offers users multi-trip journeys consisting of several simple flights.

Through its partners, Flylooping allows the booking of all the tickets of the same trip called "Loop".

It is possible for the user to add extra baggage, this generates an additional cost.

Accommodation is not included in the Flylooping offer.

No travel insurance is available on Flylooping.com.

2 - 3 - Means of payment accepted by Flylooping

Flylooping.com accepts most credit cards: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express through its provider Stripe.

2 - 4 - Validation, modification and cancellation of reservation

Confirmation of the reservation, which includes the essential elements, such as the identification of the reserved service and the price, will be transmitted to the user by e-mail consecutively payment within a maximum of 1 working day following the payment of the booking.

No travel insurance is available on Flylooping.com.

Flylooping will not be responsible for any booking errors would be attributable to the user or caused by exceptional and unavoidable circumstances.

Flylooping reserves the right to cancel your reservation if the payment total of the reservation is not paid.

The user is informed that, pursuant to the Consumer Code, the services offered on the site by Flylooping are not subject to the application of the right of withdrawal provided for in Articles L121-21 and following the Consumer Code for distance selling.

As a result, the services booked on the site are exclusively subject to the cancellation and modification conditions laid down in specific conditions of the airlines concerned. We invite the user to check the particular conditions on the sites respective airlines.

2 - 6 - Formalities

International travel: the user is required to ensure that he / she complies the entry requirements in the countries concerned by the Loop purchased, which his travel documents, such as passport and visas are in order.

For any information concerning visas, it is advisable to users to contact the embassies of the countries they are considering visit. We remind you that obtaining a visa can take a some time and it is therefore advisable to allow enough time to get it. The conditions for obtaining a visa may change and you must ensure that you have obtained up-to-date information before your booking and your departure.

We draw your attention to the fact that the regulation of certain country imposes passport validity of more than 6 months after the date entry into the territory. If the user's passport is in his last year of validity, it is advisable for the user to check requirements of the country of destination before finalizing its plans for trip. The name of the passport must match the name on the site Flylooping, otherwise the user will not necessarily be able to travel. The user must go to the registration desk of the concerned airline, provided with travel documents (passport, visa, identity card ...) and its boarding pass obtained online.

Flylooping declines any responsibility in case of notification of refusal on board an airplane or in a country because of your inability to submit the appropriate passport, visa or other travel document required by any airline, authority or country. This includes all stops made by the aircraft, even when you are not leaving the plane or Airport.

Accommodation is not included in the Flylooping offer.

Article 3 - Liability

Flylooping declines any responsibility in case:

- Cancellation of flight by the airline or airlines concerned.

- booking errors that are attributable to the user or are caused by exceptional and unavoidable circumstances.

- Loss of luggage.

- Late flights concerned.

- Situations caused by force majeure and the consequences unpredictable they engender.

- Prohibition of entry into an aircraft or a country because of its inability to present the appropriate passport, visa or any other document travel required by any airline, authority or country.

It is the responsibility of the user to inquire with airlines involved in the development of the above situations.

Article 4 - Intellectual property

The user is informed that it is forbidden to reproduce, represent or adapt all or part of one or more elements of the Flylooping site.

All texts, user interfaces, visual interfaces, logos, illustrations concerning the design, the structure appearing on the site may be copied, reproduced without the prior consent of Flylooping.

Article 5 - Confidentiality and data protection

When creating an account on the site, the user must indicate his first name, his name, his e-mail address, his date of birth, his number mobile phone, his nationality and finally create a password connection. Article 6 - Changes and Updates

Flylooping can make changes or amendments at any time these general conditions of sale. The user must then expressly accept the General Conditions of Sale in force at moment of each purchase. Article 7 - Applicable law

Any contract between Flylooping and the customer is subject to the Law French.
